  • Fitness Industry Association
    Type:
    Graphic Design, Illustration, Art Direction
    Client:
    Fitness Industry Association

Whilst working closely with the FIA's Project Manager, I was tasked with creating an efficient way of imparting 'dry analytics', taken from a far reaching nationwide survey of the UK's sports and leisure centres. A Government led directive to assess activity levels across the country. By creating infographics and pockets of copy i was able to break the information down to highlight important areas of concern. I was responsible for layout, design and art working of the documents, as well as creating all illustrative elements.

  • Islands Insurance
    Type:
    Brand, Website Design
    Client:
    Islands Insurance

Requested to create identity and website for Jersey based insurance company. Having designed layout and functionality of the site, I then art directed during the build with Big Wave Media. The site is a multi-faceted online source. Islands Insurance wanted to reduce admin time and offer customers 24 hour access to important documentation. Take a look at the site by clicking the button on the right.

  • M&S
    Type:
    Graphic Design
    Client:
    Marks & Spencer

Briefed to create a direct mail campaign for Marks & Spencer’s mail order wine catalogue. Alongside a copywriter, I was tasked with creating a brochure which would not only generate sales of wine, but which also fitted the firms overall brand. In terms of design and imagery, I chose to emphasise the desirability of the product, displaying the wine against bucolic, homely backdrops. The aim was to create associations of long summer evenings with family, food and most importantly, wine.

  • Brighter Law Solutions
    Type:
Brand, Graphic Design, Illustration, Art Direction
    Client:
    Brighter Law Solutions

I was tasked with rebooting the Brighter Law Solutions brand. The only stipulation in the brief was that it allude to the firm’s clients as being ‘heroes’ for introducing the software to their law firm and use the company’s core colours (black and yellow). As part of a creative team (with a web designer and copywriter) we worked on creating a marketing message that not only breathed life into a dull “tech spec” but also generated customer engagement.

  • The Conveyancer City Free Press
    Type:
Graphic Design, Layout, Illustration, Art Direction
    Client:
    The Conveyancer City Free Press

Our brief was to put together a monthly publication, independent of the firm in question, but with some allusion to whom the publishers were. The brief being to create something entertaining to read (within the subject of conveyancing) and in doing so, garner positive associations with the client. I came up with the DC comics inspired ‘The Conveyancer City Free Press’, which subtly linked with the client’s ‘be a hero’ branding. I was also responsible for the choice of images, typography and typesetting throughout the publication.

  • Brighter Law Solutions Product Card Pack
    Type:
    Graphic Design, Art Direction
    Client:
    Brighter Law Solutions

As the Senior Graphic Designer on the project, the copywriter and I were tasked with coming up with a fresh brand identity for Brighter Law Solutions. The only stipulation in the brief was that it allude to the firm’s clients as being ‘heroes’ for introducing the software to their law firm. We worked on creating a brochure that would not only look and feel interesting in the client’s hand but also make a ‘dry’ tech spec fun and engaging. I chose to focus upon the incredulity on customer’s faces after hearing about the benefits offered by the software. Giving the message a distinctly “human” feel.
